Business Analyst Senior ALM et Prudentiel
Your Day-to-Day:
- Lead and coordinate multiple projects across ALM, Prudential and Credit domains
- Act as the interface between business teams, IT teams, software vendors and hosting providers
- Manage project activities from requirements gathering through implementation and delivery
- Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams
- Coordinate the maintenance and evolution of applications supporting ALM, Prudential and Credit reporting
- Organise and execute integration testing and testing campaigns related to application and data flow evolutions
- Support business users in defining and preparing user acceptance test (UAT) cases
- Coordinate the different stakeholders involved throughout project implementation and delivery
- Monitor application-related issues and contribute to their resolution
- Maintain and update application and functional documentation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of internal applications and information systems
- Participate in projects involving AI and the development of internal applications
- Analyse data and support reporting activities using SQL, Power BI and Power Query
- Work with systems and data flows within complex IT and banking environments
Your Profile:
- Degree in a technical, scientific or IT-related field
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience working on Information Systems projects
- Strong experience with AMOA / Business Analysis / Project Management in complex IT environments
- Solid understanding of banking systems and financial environments
- Good knowledge of ALM (Asset & Liability Management) and regulatory reporting
- Strong understanding of bank balance sheet composition, banking products and accounting principles
- Experience working with banking software / Core Banking systems, such as SAB AT or Avaloq
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Power Query
- Good understanding of Information Systems architecture
- Experience with data warehouses, application interfaces and data flows
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric would be an advantage
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its application to internal business solutions
- Strong ability to produce clear and structured functional and technical specifications
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, including business teams, IT teams and external providers
- Strong testing and UAT experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
