Head of Client Excellence

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Lead strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational performance and service delivery across the organisation.
  • Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution while ensuring alignment with business priorities and deadlines.
  • Act as a strategic partner to internal teams by identifying improvement opportunities and supporting organisational change.
  • Promote collaboration between departments to strengthen communication, governance, and overall efficiency.
  • Design and implement scalable processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency across teams.
  • Review and optimise existing workflows to increase productivity, reduce inefficiencies, and support business growth.
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of governance frameworks, reporting standards, and operational controls.
  • Support the development of performance tracking and reporting processes to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Product, and other business functions to enhance client delivery and identify opportunities to maximise customer value.
  • Encourage a continuous improvement culture by introducing feedback mechanisms, quality controls, and process reviews.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support business transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure high-quality project execution while promoting innovation and operational excellence.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in Consulting, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, Professional Services, or a similar strategic environment.
  • Strong background in business process optimisation, governance, and organisational improvement initiatives.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change management initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Experience establishing standardised processes, reporting frameworks, and performance indicators.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making across different business functions.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to enhance client value and support business growth.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
  • Experience managing budgets and monitoring project performance is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of reporting, governance, and process standardisation best practices.
