Business Analyst Private Capital Market

Contribute to the delivery of digital transformation initiatives within a Private Capital / fund management environment
Design and propose functional solutions for a portfolio management or investment platform ecosystem
Define, prepare and execute test scenarios, including unit testing and functional validation
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (product teams, developers, external vendors, and business users) throughout the implementation lifecycle
Support integration phases and actively participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
Produce and maintain clear functional documentation to ensure smooth knowledge transfer to support teams
Provide advanced (L3) support by analysing and resolving complex platform issues and incidents
Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and contribute to sprint activities (planning, refinement, delivery tracking)

Strong understanding of Private Capital / investment fund industry processes and environments
Proven experience in Business Analysis within digital or financial platforms
Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and project environments
Ability to design test cases, execute testing phases, and validate functional requirements
Solid documentation and conceptualisation skills for functional specifications and processes
Strong analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot and investigate complex issues
Experience working with tools such as MS Office and industry-related platforms (e.g. investment management or reporting tools)
Exposure to platforms or tools such as eFront Invest and application lifecycle tools (e.g. Octane or equivalent) is an advantage
Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
