Business Systems/Process – Business Process Analyst

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Contribute to the design and refinement of the target operating model using a structured top-down approach
  • Analyse and map end-to-end business processes across multiple levels of detail (high-level flows, process breakdowns, swimlane diagrams, and detailed procedures)
  • Identify gaps between current state and target operating model, and support definition of remediation actions
  • Produce clear process documentation covering key operational activities and critical business workflows
  • Collaborate with operational readiness and change teams to ensure alignment and understanding of the new operating model across multiple international locations
  • Gather, challenge, and document business requirements through structured analysis and stakeholder engagement
  • Act as a subject matter contributor, providing analytical input and supporting decision-making within transformation initiatives
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and tracking within programme governance structures
  • Partner closely with programme management teams to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery of transformation milestones
  • Support business readiness activities, ensuring operational impacts are identified, assessed, and properly managed
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment between business units and transformation objectives
  • Participate in governance and working group discussions, ensuring consistency in operating model interpretation and execution

Your Profile:

  • Strong experience within financial services environments, with good understanding of operating models, process design, and end-to-end operational flows
  • Proven exposure to large-scale transformation programmes involving process optimisation, organisational change, and technology implementation
  • Ability to analyse current state operations, identify inefficiencies, and contribute to the design of scalable target operating models
  • Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into structured and actionable deliverables
  • Competent in data analysis to support impact assessment, validation of solutions, and informed decision-making
  • Good understanding of system architecture principles, integrations, and data flow concepts
  • Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with global or cross-border teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to challenge constructively while maintaining strong collaborative relationships
  • Good knowledge of risk identification, issue management, and governance frameworks within transformation programmes
  • Experience supporting business readiness planning and change impact assessments
  • Results-driven mindset with focus on delivery, prioritisation, and measurable outcomes
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
  • Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
