Requirements Management Lead
About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Requirements Management Lead to oversee the governance, quality, traceability and lifecycle management of requirements across a major transformation programme.
Your Day-to-Day
- Establish and maintain requirements management processes and standards.
- Ensure full traceability of requirements from definition through implementation and testing.
- Monitor requirement quality, consistency and completeness.
- Manage requirement repositories and documentation frameworks.
- Coordinate requirement reviews with business and technical stakeholders.
- Assess impacts of requirement changes on scope, budget, risks and timelines.
- Prepare reporting and dashboards for governance committees.
- Support programme teams in maintaining alignment between requirements and solution delivery.
- Contribute to validation and acceptance activities.
Your Profile
- Extensive experience in requirements management within large-scale programmes.
- Strong understanding of requirement lifecycle management.
- Experience with traceability frameworks and governance processes.
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, ARIS or equivalent.
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong communication and reporting capabilities.
- Project management certification is considered an advantage.
- Fluent French is mandatory.
