Requirements Management Lead

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Requirements Management Lead to oversee the governance, quality, traceability and lifecycle management of requirements across a major transformation programme.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Establish and maintain requirements management processes and standards. 
  • Ensure full traceability of requirements from definition through implementation and testing. 
  • Monitor requirement quality, consistency and completeness. 
  • Manage requirement repositories and documentation frameworks. 
  • Coordinate requirement reviews with business and technical stakeholders. 
  • Assess impacts of requirement changes on scope, budget, risks and timelines. 
  • Prepare reporting and dashboards for governance committees. 
  • Support programme teams in maintaining alignment between requirements and solution delivery. 
  • Contribute to validation and acceptance activities. 

Your Profile

  • Extensive experience in requirements management within large-scale programmes. 
  • Strong understanding of requirement lifecycle management. 
  • Experience with traceability frameworks and governance processes. 
  • Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, ARIS or equivalent. 
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. 
  • Strong communication and reporting capabilities. 
  • Project management certification is considered an advantage. 
  • Fluent French is mandatory.
