Functional Analyst
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Functional Analyst to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and support the design of innovative digital solutions.
Your Day-to-Day
- Analyse business requirements and transform them into functional and non-functional specifications.
- Define functional solution designs that can be directly implemented by development teams.
- Produce functional analysis documents, use cases and process flows.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to clarify business needs and expected outcomes.
- Participate in workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Support solution validation and acceptance activities.
- Contribute to impact assessments and change management activities.
- Ensure consistency, completeness and quality of functional documentation.
- Assist testing teams in defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
Your Profile
- Significant experience as a Functional Analyst on IT implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of requirements engineering methodologies.
- Experience writing detailed functional specifications.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Knowledge of UML, BPMN, use cases and process modelling techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written documentation capabilities.
- Fluent French is mandatory.
