Business Analyst – Transfer Agency (Fund Services)

Your day to day

  • Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements from operational teams 
  • Act as interface between business stakeholders and technical teams 
  • Support enhancement and optimisation of transfer agency processes 
  • Participate in system evolutions (functional analysis, specifications) 
  • Contribute to testing phases (UAT) and validation of deliverables 
  • Ensure documentation of processes, requirements and changes 
  • Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders across operations and projects 
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within fund administration activities 

Your profile

  • Previous experience as Business Analyst within fund services / transfer agency / asset management environment
  • Strong understanding of transfer agency processes and fund operations
  • Familiarity with fund administration / TA systems (e.g. Multifonds or equivalent tools)
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Proactive mindset, high energy, ability to take initiative and drive topics forward 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment 
  • English fluent (additional languages considered an asset)
