Senior Cyber-Security officer – financial industry
Your profile:
- Minimum several years of experience in Cyber Security, ideally within the financial industry
- Strong knowledge across multiple cyber security domains (network, cloud, infrastructure, governance)
- Experience with security compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements and best practices
- Hands-on or oversight experience with tools such as CyberArk (Privileged Access Management)
- Good understanding of security operations (vulnerability management, penetration testing, IDS/IPS, firewalls)
- Experience in security risk assessments and IT audits support
- Ability to work independently and interact with multiple stakeholders (IT, security, management)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Excellent command of English (mandatory)
- French and/or German are considered an asset
- Certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a strong plus
Your day-to-day:
- Ensure security compliance of all assets hosted in the Luxembourg data center
- Oversee cloud security and related solutions
- Manage and monitor Privileged Access Management systems (CyberArk)
- Supervise outsourced security operations (vulnerability management, penetration testing, firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Oversee network security, including validation of firewall changes
- Perform security risk assessments on architectures and solutions
- Manage access provisioning for applications
- Support internal and external technology audits
- Participate in cyber security projects and initiatives
- Write and maintain technical documentation and procedures in English
- Collaborate closely with Cyber Security, IT Control and IT Management teams
