Senior Financial Reporting Accountant
Your day-to-day
- Review annual and interim financial statements for investment funds under administration
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards (Lux GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP, UK SORP)
- Coordinate with auditors and respond to audit queries in a timely and structured manner
- Support the preparation and review of tax reporting deliverables for funds
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service and timely delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams across departments and international locations
- Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior team members and offshore teams
- Monitor deadlines and ensure all regulatory and client reporting requirements are met
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Your profile
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA or equivalent is a strong advantage)
- Proven experience within Fund Administration or Financial Reporting in the asset servicing industry
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards (Lux GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP or UK SORP)
- Strong understanding of financial statements and fund structures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
