Legal Governance Associate
| Your Day-to-Day: • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of governance frameworks, internal policies and procedures. • Assist in the organization of board and committee meetings, including preparation of materials, agendas and minutes. • Review legal documentation such as agreements, fund documents and corporate records. • Coordinate investor due diligence requests and contribute to onboarding processes. • Monitor regulatory developments and support the implementation of Luxembourg and EU requirements. • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure proper oversight of delegated activities and service providers. • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and process improvement projects across legal, regulatory and operational areas. Your Profile: • Master’s degree in Law or equivalent legal background. • 3–8 years of experience in governance, legal advisory, regulatory, risk or compliance within financial services. • Good understanding of the Luxembourg funds environment, ideally within an AIFM, ManCo or Private Equity context. • Strong analytical and drafting skills with high attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously in a dynamic environment. • Proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented mindset. • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders. • Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus. |
