Your Day-to-Day:
- Oversee, review and approve NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations in line with quality standards and deadlines
- Manage day-to-day fund accounting activities for a portfolio of institutional clients
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, reporting, risk, compliance) and external service providers
- Ensure accurate and timely responses to client, auditor and third-party queries
- Contribute to the implementation of new fund structures and investment products
- Drive continuous improvement of operational processes, with a focus on efficiency and risk reduction
- Monitor reconciliation breaks and ensure prompt investigation and resolution
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and internal procedures
- Participate in client calls, operational reviews and governance meetings
- Support and guide team members through coaching, cross-training and knowledge sharing
- Monitor outsourced service providers, including KPI/KRI reviews, business continuity oversight and periodic due diligence
- Ensure strong internal controls, compliance with regulatory requirements and proper escalation where needed
- Identify operational risks and actively contribute to mitigation actions
- Support business process re-engineering initiatives and operational transformation projects
Your Profile:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in fund administration or fund accounting
- Strong expertise in Private Equity, including waterfall and carried interest calculations
- Solid understanding of fund structures such as partnerships, closed-ended and alternative investment funds
- Good knowledge of applicable accounting principles and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with specialized fund accounting systems is considered an advantage
- Strong understanding of internal controls and operational risk management
- Ability to coordinate, support and motivate team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
