Your Day-to-Day:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of a depositary banking tool across business and operational teams
  • Coordinate activities between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors
  • Plan, track, and monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines
  • Facilitate project governance through regular meetings, reporting, and issue management
  • Oversee vendor deliverables and ensure quality, consistency, and deadlines are met
  • Prepare and manage User Acceptance Testing, including test plans, execution follow-up, defect tracking, and validation
  • Communicate system updates, impacts, and progress clearly to end users and stakeholders
  • Support operational teams during rollout, stabilization, and post-implementation phases
  • Contribute to change management, training sessions, documentation, and user adoption initiatives

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the banking, depositary, or fund services environment
  • Proven track record supporting business teams during system or tool implementations
  • Strong experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors
  • Comfortable bridging business and technical environments
  • Good knowledge of project management methodologies including Waterfall and hybrid or Agile approaches
  • Solid command of standard office and reporting tools
  • Structured, organized, and detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, delivery-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse audiences
  • Fluent in English; French is a avantage
