Senior Compliance Framework and Implementation Specialist

Your day-to-day:

  • Design, maintain and continuously enhance the Group Compliance policy framework, ensuring consistency and alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the First Line of Defence (1LoD) to review, challenge and validate business procedures underpinning Compliance policies, and ensure their effective operational implementation.
  • Contribute to the transformation of the Compliance function by improving processes, tools and efficiency, including the adoption of innovative solutions such as artificial intelligence.
  • Oversee, manage and govern Compliance-related risks, including risk ratings and key risk indicators.
  • Represent the Compliance function vis-à-vis the First Line of Defence on regulatory risk matters and support the definition, execution and monitoring of remediation action plans.
  • Analyse the impact of regulatory changes originating from EU and UK regulators and perform regulatory and policy impact assessments.
  • Act as a trusted regulatory advisor to Group functions on matters related to Financial Crime Compliance and regulated activities.
  • Produce technical analyses and governance reporting for escalation to senior management committees and supervisory bodies.
  • Support interactions with regulators by assisting senior Compliance stakeholders in the preparation of information, analyses and timely regulatory responses.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a banking or financial services environment.
  • Proven expertise in Financial Crime Compliance, including AML/CTF, financial sanctions, fraud prevention, anti-bribery and corruption, market abuse, investor protection and cross-border regulations.
  • Strong understanding of the Private Banking and financial services industry.
  • Solid knowledge of standards, methodologies and technologies supporting banking operations.
  • Ability to work in a transversal environment and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and French is essential; any additional language is an advantage.
