Senior Financial Planning and Analysis SME
Your day to day :
As a Senior FP&A / Team Leader, you will play a key role within the Finance function:
- Lead and oversee FP&A activities (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, performance analysis)
- Support the Finance function on both strategic and operational matters
- Manage, coordinate and develop a FP&A team
- Deliver high value-added financial analyses to senior management
- Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and tools
- Operate in an international, fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy
Your profile :
- Proven senior-level experience in FP&A, ideally in a complex or international environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams
- Strong financial expertise with a high level of autonomy
- Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
- Strong analytical, structured and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills across different levels of stakeholders
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM is considered a plus
