Technic support & Développement Shell, SQL

Your Day-to-Day:

Provide technical support for critical applications within the Securities Lending IT environment.
Manage and support financial software solutions, including 4Sight, Kondor and Protocoll.
Diagnose incidents, perform root-cause analysis, propose remediation plans and implement fixes.
Adapt and refactor Shell scripts to ensure compatibility between Solaris and Linux environments.
Develop and maintain Shell and SQL scripts to address new functional and technical requirements.
Work with Oracle and Sybase databases for data extraction, analysis and application support.
Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of Java applications.
Collaborate closely with infrastructure teams and an external hosting provider to ensure system stability and performance.
Participate in on-call duty (astreinte) on a rotating basis to ensure service continuity.

Your Profile:

At least 5 years of experience in a similar technical support / application support role within financial services or a critical IT environment.
Strong hands-on expertise in SQL (Oracle and Sybase).
Solid experience in Shell scripting (Solaris and Linux).
Good working knowledge of Java application maintenance and evolution.
Experience with source code management tools (Git or equivalent).
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and work under pressure.
Comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders, including external infrastructure or hosting providers.
Autonomous, reliable and service-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Willing and able to take part in mandatory on-call rotations.
