Account Manager
Your Day-to-Day:
- Manage day-to-day client relationship activities with Securities Services clients, including Financial Institutions, Asset Managers and Asset Owners
- Build, maintain and grow long-term, profitable client relationships
- Ensure client retention by working closely with product management, service delivery and client management teams
- Develop and maintain detailed client plans aligned with broader growth strategies
- Proactively manage issues and escalations across products and jurisdictions, coordinating the appropriate internal resources
- Sponsor service improvement initiatives and contribute to change management priorities
- Establish and maintain client governance frameworks, including service reviews and senior-level meetings
- Act as a key point of contact for escalations, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery
- Drive internal client awareness and alignment across teams
- Co-design client servicing models leveraging digital tools and platforms
- Lead and coordinate client projects in collaboration with internal teams and client project stakeholders
- Enhance operational servicing models to improve automation, efficiency and service consistency
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in Account Management, Client Management, Business Implementation or Business Change
- Strong knowledge of Securities Services activities: Fund Administration, Custody, Transfer Agency
- Solid understanding of commercial, contractual and performance drivers
- Client-facing professional with excellent communication and presentation skills, including at senior and executive level
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and cross-functional teams
