Business Analyst / TA – Multifunds
Your Day-to-Day
- Analyse project requirements and translate them into structured initiation documentation.
- Contribute to the functional design of upcoming solutions.
- Perform testing on new features and monitor related changes.
- Test new connectivity flows, including SWIFT and SFTP integrations.
- Review, control, and document all project-related changes, including reporting impacts.
- Conduct analysis and testing related to trailer fees.
- Provide functional expertise on Transfer Agency applications and related systems.
- Prepare and deliver the necessary process documentation to support production rollout.
- Support business and project teams during analysis and testing phases.
- Organise and facilitate training sessions for stakeholders impacted by project changes.
- Identify risks linked to new functionalities and propose appropriate mitigation measures.
- Produce and maintain user guides, functional documentation, and knowledge materials.
Your Profile
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Transfer Agency processes, including reporting and operational workflows.
- Knowledge of TA standards and connectivity processes (SFTP, SWIFT), as well as reporting and KPI frameworks.
- Technical familiarity with key TA tools (Multifonds TA, SWIFT, SFTP, NSCC, trailer fees, reporting systems).
- Proven operational experience within Transfer Agency environments.
- Ability to perform functional analyses, structure test plans and ensure overall quality in project delivery.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English.
