Data Protection Legal Consultant – GDPR / DPIA
Your Day-to-Day :
- Conduct a complete Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Review and document several New Product Approval Process (NPAP) files from a data-protection perspective.
- Assess data flows, risk levels, and mitigation measures in compliance with GDPR requirements.
- Collaborate with Legal, IT Security, and Business stakeholders to validate compliance actions and documentation.
- Draft or update related GDPR documentation (records of processing, risk assessments, recommendations).
- Present findings and recommendations to the Legal/Data Protection team for validation and implementation.
Your Profile :
- Expert knowledge of GDPR and data-protection legislation (EU 2016/679) – ability to work autonomously.
- Proven experience conducting DPIAs and reviewing NPAPs or equivalent risk-analysis processes.
- Background in Legal, Data Protection, or Compliance within the financial or corporate sector.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and documentation skills in English (French is an asset).
