Product Owner – ServiceNow Risk & Compliance

Your Day-to-Day

• Act as the Product Owner for the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) module within ServiceNow.
• Define, prioritize, and manage the team backlog (user stories, enablers, defects) in alignment with the ERM strategy and business priorities.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams to translate complex business needs into actionable user stories.
• Participate in PI Planning and coordinate with the Product Manager, RTE, and Business Owners to align deliverables with organizational goals.
• Represent the voice of the customer across the Audit, Risk, and Compliance functions, ensuring business value and regulatory compliance are maintained.
• Support the team in the refinement and acceptance of user stories, ensuring alignment with Definition of Done and quality standards.
• Facilitate workshops using Design Thinking and Lean UX to create user-centric solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and feedback loops through system demos, analytics, and stakeholder interviews.
• Guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements (Audit trail, reporting, traceability, compliance).
• Ensure delivery of high-value, compliant, and sustainable ERM solutions within an Agile SAFe framework.

Your Profile

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner in banking, financial services, or insurance.
• Proven experience with risk management, compliance, or audit processes in a financial institution.
• In-depth knowledge of ERM systems (ServiceNow experience is a strong plus).
• Certified SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) – mandatory.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks and regulations (Basel IV, DORA, ITM, CSSF guidelines, etc.).
• Skilled in Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, and user-centered design.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Miro/Mural, etc.).
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluent in English and French (both required).
• Analytical, structured, and capable of managing priorities in a multi-stakeholder environment.

• Duration: 6 months (renewable)
