Business Analyst in Life Insurance
Your Day-to-Day
- Collaborate with IT governance and project teams to ensure that new functionalities align with operational business processes.
- Oversee functional validation of IT solutions, including test planning and execution.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and actively contribute to change management initiatives.
- Deliver functional support during the post-implementation warranty period.
- Produce and maintain high-quality project documentation (test plans, test evidence, process notes, knowledge transfer materials).
- Work within a dynamic environment that leverages tools such as JUMP Life, Octane, Jira, XML, and SQL for solution integration and financial services workflows.
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant within the financial services or insurance sector.
- Strong expertise in Life Insurance and Internal Funds processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of JUMP software, depository banking flows (SWIFT, proprietary formats), and strong skills in SQL/XML queries.
- Experience implementing and integrating packaged software solutions in complex environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to create clear documentation and collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Proficient in French (working language); additional languages are a plus.
