• Capture, process and record payment and cash instructions
• Follow-up unpaid subscriptions
• Investigate and solve cash breaks
• Respond to specific queries related to payments and cash processing
• Prepare statistical and report data

Profil

• Minimum 5 year of experience in Transfer Agency
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Cash agent/specialist within Transfer Agency
• Good record and knowledge of Transfer Agency related processes
• Deep knowledge on payment related flow and processes
• Demonstrated ability to work with deadlines and cut-off times
• Excellent organisational & communication skills
• Strong autonomy
• Fluent in English (both writing and oral)
• MS office
