Senior Fund Controller-Private Equity (m/f)

Your missions :

• Supervision of services providers relating to accounting and the financial statements
  preparation
• Preparation of investors’ financial reports on a quarterly basis
• Preparation of capital calls /distributions to investors and cash flow monitoring
• Key contact with custodian for payment processing, cash movements and documentation matters
• Assistance on investments transactions, in partnership with the teams based in Paris.
• Coordination of the audit processes and the tax statements preparation
• Ensure quality support for the fast-growing Private Equity businesses.

Profile :

• Master’s degree in Accounting Finance / Internal control & Audit / (Business Schools or
  universities)
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in the Fund industry: Auditor, Fund Administrator, or similar position in a ManCo or Fund services provider
• Hands-on approach and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of the Private Equity industry in Luxembourg and day-to-day funds operation
• Autonomous and dynamic
• Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills.
• Rigorous and detail oriented
• Team spirit
• Flexible
• Strong oral and written communication skills. French and English are required.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.) are mandatory.
• Efront knowledge is an asset.
