Senior BPM / SME – Multifonds Fund Accounting (M/F)
Your Day-to-Day:
- Lead and manage fund accounting operations and projects using Multifonds (Fund Accounting module).
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Multifonds, providing support on daily operations and strategic initiatives.
- Drive and oversee key projects such as system migrations, onboarding of new business, and process optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and compliance to implement solutions and improvements.
- Analyze and resolve complex issues related to fund accounting and system functionality.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance team expertise on Multifonds functionalities.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience as a BPM or Senior SME in Fund Accounting, with in-depth knowledge of Multifonds.
- Strong understanding of fund accounting operations and regulatory frameworks (UCITS, AIFMD, etc.).
- Successful track record in managing large-scale projects (migrations, system implementations, onboarding new clients).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
