Your Day-to-Day
- Conduct risk assessments and support clients in identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing key business risks.
- Develop, implement, or enhance Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks in line with client needs.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather risk-related insights from stakeholders.
- Assist in the definition of risk appetite, risk tolerance, and mitigation strategies.
- Produce risk documentation, including registers, matrices, dashboards, and summary reports.
- Monitor emerging risks and contribute to strategic risk reviews and scenario analyses.
- Support the design or testing of business continuity and crisis management plans.
- Advise clients on industry standards and regulatory expectations related to risk governance.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams across risk, audit, operations, and strategy departments.
- Manage deliverables within agreed timelines and ensure high-quality output.
Your Profile
- You have a degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a risk consulting, internal audit, or enterprise risk role.
- You are familiar with risk management frameworks such as ISO 31000 or COSO ERM.
- You have strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- You are confident working with both qualitative and quantitative risk methodologies.
- You are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
- You are fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is considered a plus.
- You have excellent communication skills and can engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- You are comfortable working independently or as part of a consulting team, on client site or remotely.
