Compliance
Responsabilities:
The actions, which shall be undertaken, are the following:
- Detailed Gap Analysis between the Financial Crime Compliance and Regulatory Compliance requirements within the company and PBLU to ensure that these are embedded into the policies/procedures and IT systems of PBLU and guarantee compliance with all necessary company compliance requirements;
- Change of control of PBLU to a subsidiary of the company ;
PBLU Compliance (Financial Crime/Regulatory Compliance) shall be impacted by this project and require significant project managements skills and subject matter experts. The main risk to the timely execution of Project Hermes is the strong interdependencies between the different transformation projects the company will go through in the coming months, which create execution risks to the overall transformation timeline.
The scope of work shall consist of the following to support the PBLU Compliance Team in the following processes:
- Provide Regulatory Compliance expertise;
- Gap analysis between the PBLU RC requirements against the company’s requirements (which shall be provided that last one);
- Updating of all RC policies;
- Update of RC procedures/manuals;
- Any new IT requirements for RC identified further to the above gap analysis (to be discussed with the Compliance Projects team
