Project Manager TA (M/F)
Your responsibilities would include:
- Actively and visibly lead the implementation of projects.
- Prepare project’s scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Manage planning, execution and closing of the project, ensuring the same is delivered on time and within budget.
- Establish and maintain deliverables via risk logs, action plans, or status reports to track as well as provide oversight on progress. Develop detailed projects’ schedule and timeline.
- Share advice and technical expertise. Validate the quality of deliverables and their adherence to business needs.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for efficient execution. Manage basic administration activities on the project management tools so that other stakeholders can also utilize it.
- Projects meetings orchestration: logistics, producing inputs and outputs. Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
- Identify and manage projects’ risks, issues and dependencies establishing contingency plans as needed.

- Minimum 7/8 years of experience working within the investment funds management or servicing industry in Luxembourg, preferably in the TA area
- Strong Project management and IT programming skills (e.g., PowerBI, Excel, VB/VBA, SQL)
- Pragmatic/solutions-oriented approach to regulatory requirements
- Experience of managing change management within asset management
- Fluent in English both in written and spoken, German / French would be considered as an advantage
