Project Manager Senior en Construction (F/M)

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager in Construction (F/M) to oversee and coordinate all trades involved in ambitious and complex projects. You will act as the central point of management, bridging communication between technical teams, architects, clients, and various stakeholders, particularly in HVAC, structural engineering, and design domains.

Your Day-to-Day

• Supervise and coordinate all trades involved in the project, including HVAC, architecture, structural engineering, and civil engineering.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood and executed.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Ensure all work complies with current regulations and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Significant experience (5+ years) in construction project management, ideally in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong expertise in coordinating across various trades.
• Solid technical skills in at least one of the following areas: HVAC, structural engineering, or architecture.
• Ability to anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and manage priorities in demanding environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in French and German is required.
