PROJECT MANAGER (M/F)
Missions
- Support the Transformation Office (Europe) in project coordination and execution.
- Perform general PMO activities, including project tracking, reporting, and risk management.
- Conduct business analysis, gather requirements, and contribute to BRD (Business Requirement Document) design.
- Participate in working groups, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, teams, and senior management.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and alignment with business priorities.
- Handle ad hoc project-related tasks as needed.
Profile
- Experience: 2 to 5 years as a Project Manager (PM) or Business Analyst (BA).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of private banking and financial regulations.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (written & spoken).
- Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
