PROJECT MANAGER (M/F)

Missions

  • Support the Transformation Office (Europe) in project coordination and execution.
  • Perform general PMO activities, including project tracking, reporting, and risk management.
  • Conduct business analysis, gather requirements, and contribute to BRD (Business Requirement Document) design.
  • Participate in working groups, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, teams, and senior management.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and alignment with business priorities.
  • Handle ad hoc project-related tasks as needed.

Profile

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years as a Project Manager (PM) or Business Analyst (BA).
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of private banking and financial regulations.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English (written & spoken).
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
