PROJECT MANAGER /CYBERSECURITY

Missions:

  • Ensure the successful execution of projects while adhering to the established governance framework.
  • Guarantee business continuity and support decision-making during phases of evolution, technical migration, and integration.
  • Coordinate various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of project phases by proposing an organization validated by management.
  • Manage the project budget, timeline, and scope using appropriate project management tools.
  • Organize workshops, gather business requirements, and oversee the execution and validation of deliverables.
  • Lead Project and Steering Committees while ensuring effective reporting.
  • Produce project documentation, meeting minutes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop a project plan considering technical, functional, resource, and budget constraints.

Profile:

  • Proven experience in project management within the insurance sector.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (NIST framework) and network security concepts (TCP/IP).
  • Understanding of insurance processes, contracts, and AML regulations.
  • Technical skills: proficiency in office tools and project management solutions (Clarity, JIRA, Qlikview, etc.).
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Personal qualities: autonomy, teamwork, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills.
