PROJECT MANAGER /CYBERSECURITY
Missions:
- Ensure the successful execution of projects while adhering to the established governance framework.
- Guarantee business continuity and support decision-making during phases of evolution, technical migration, and integration.
- Coordinate various internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of project phases by proposing an organization validated by management.
- Manage the project budget, timeline, and scope using appropriate project management tools.
- Organize workshops, gather business requirements, and oversee the execution and validation of deliverables.
- Lead Project and Steering Committees while ensuring effective reporting.
- Produce project documentation, meeting minutes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop a project plan considering technical, functional, resource, and budget constraints.
Profile:
- Proven experience in project management within the insurance sector.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (NIST framework) and network security concepts (TCP/IP).
- Understanding of insurance processes, contracts, and AML regulations.
- Technical skills: proficiency in office tools and project management solutions (Clarity, JIRA, Qlikview, etc.).
- Fluent in French and English.
- Personal qualities: autonomy, teamwork, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills.
