Business Analysis

Responsabilities:

  • Perform regional impact assessments in alignment with internal stakeholders like Reg Affairs
  • Define and align detailed business requirements with key internal stakeholders, especially on Business, COO, AFC & Operations 
  • Discuss Business Requirements with external IT vendors, document test scenarios and support testing
  • Coordinate the adjustment of internal and external documents like client contracts, client letters or key operating procedures
  • Organize and run internal project related trainings and communications
  • Prepare and present project updates to different governance bodies

Skills:

  • Project Management experience on regulatory project of min 7 years
  • Background in regulatory project work like ESG and MiFID II
  • Ideally Agile background as Business Analyst
  • Know-how of wealth management business and products
  • Technical / Process know-how, ideally on Avaloq Core Banking System
  • Independent working experience
  • Meticulous, methodical and ability to multitask
  • Solution-orientated with strong sense of responsibility
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
