Business Analysis
Responsabilities:
- Perform regional impact assessments in alignment with internal stakeholders like Reg Affairs
- Define and align detailed business requirements with key internal stakeholders, especially on Business, COO, AFC & Operations
- Discuss Business Requirements with external IT vendors, document test scenarios and support testing
- Coordinate the adjustment of internal and external documents like client contracts, client letters or key operating procedures
- Organize and run internal project related trainings and communications
- Prepare and present project updates to different governance bodies
Skills:
- Project Management experience on regulatory project of min 7 years
- Background in regulatory project work like ESG and MiFID II
- Ideally Agile background as Business Analyst
- Know-how of wealth management business and products
- Technical / Process know-how, ideally on Avaloq Core Banking System
- Independent working experience
- Meticulous, methodical and ability to multitask
- Solution-orientated with strong sense of responsibility
- Very good communication and presentation skills
