Project Manager

Responsabilities:

  • Deliver guidance to the central advisory & consulting support team in performing their roles by anticipating requirements and identifying opportunities to act on their behalf.
  • Provide assistance with all administrative tasks related to the success of the team:
  • Participate in project coordination, ensuring that all project members are updated with the most recent meeting minutes, action points, schedules and reports
  • Be responsible for research and production of documents as required using internal databases, Internet & publications
  • Participate in the organisation of client events and manage budget

Skills:

  • First relevant professional experience as Team Assistant or equivalent role considered as an asset
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, service-oriented mindset
  • Have the capacity to manage priorities and deadlines with a sense of initiative
  • Have a strong team spirit
  • Have the capacity to challenge existing situations and being source for new ideas
  • Have strong IT proficiency – especially in Excel
  • Are fluent in English and and at least in French or German
