Project Manager
Responsabilities:
- Deliver guidance to the central advisory & consulting support team in performing their roles by anticipating requirements and identifying opportunities to act on their behalf.
- Provide assistance with all administrative tasks related to the success of the team:
- Participate in project coordination, ensuring that all project members are updated with the most recent meeting minutes, action points, schedules and reports
- Be responsible for research and production of documents as required using internal databases, Internet & publications
- Participate in the organisation of client events and manage budget
Skills:
- First relevant professional experience as Team Assistant or equivalent role considered as an asset
- Have strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, service-oriented mindset
- Have the capacity to manage priorities and deadlines with a sense of initiative
- Have a strong team spirit
- Have the capacity to challenge existing situations and being source for new ideas
- Have strong IT proficiency – especially in Excel
- Are fluent in English and and at least in French or German
