IT FA Technical Support M/F


  • Ensure proper Communication to Operational Users regarding item resolution and status
  • Ensure internal Global Communication between IT, management & Operational Unit during incident resolution and post-mortem
  • Ensure good communication between the Service Delivery team and L3 Support Team as of Infrastructure Team
  • Provide an added-value to the development team (for bug correcting)
  • Minimize resolution time on similar incidents by deploying all needed resources to establish the root cause
  • Write incident report that summarizes the way the incident has been solved, why it occurred and what can be put in place to avoid recurrence
  • Provide support during accounting migration and on boarding of new clients.


  • Great knowledge in Fund Administration
  • Knowledge in Excel / Access / VBA / XML ;
  • Technological requirements: Oracle, PL/SQL, Unix: scripting, consulting, Scheduling tool;
  • Language: French / English.
