IT FA Technical Support M/F
- Ensure proper Communication to Operational Users regarding item resolution and status
- Ensure internal Global Communication between IT, management & Operational Unit during incident resolution and post-mortem
- Ensure good communication between the Service Delivery team and L3 Support Team as of Infrastructure Team
- Provide an added-value to the development team (for bug correcting)
- Minimize resolution time on similar incidents by deploying all needed resources to establish the root cause
- Write incident report that summarizes the way the incident has been solved, why it occurred and what can be put in place to avoid recurrence
- Provide support during accounting migration and on boarding of new clients.
- Great knowledge in Fund Administration
- Knowledge in Excel / Access / VBA / XML ;
- Technological requirements: Oracle, PL/SQL, Unix: scripting, consulting, Scheduling tool;
- Language: French / English.
