HR Administrative Officer (m/f)
We are looking an HR Admin Officer with 1-3 years of experience to join our client in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative activities, with a particular emphasis on HR benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- HR Benefits Administration: Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and benefit enrollments.
- Employee Assistance: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Documentation: Prepare and process HR-related documents, including offer letters, employment contracts, and benefits enrollment forms.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR administration and employee benefits.
- Data Management: Manage HR databases and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of employee information.
- Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and resolve any administrative issues.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR administration, with a focus on HR benefits preferred.
- Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
