HR Administrative Officer (m/f)

We are looking an HR Admin Officer with 1-3 years of experience to join our client in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative activities, with a particular emphasis on HR benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • HR Benefits Administration: Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and benefit enrollments.
  • Employee Assistance: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Documentation: Prepare and process HR-related documents, including offer letters, employment contracts, and benefits enrollment forms.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR administration and employee benefits.
  • Data Management: Manage HR databases and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of employee information.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and resolve any administrative issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR administration, with a focus on HR benefits preferred.
  • Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Attributes:
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a multinational environment.
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg HR laws and regulations.
