Responsabilities:

The Head of Client Reporting must have a good understanding of the production chain

and of the roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders to be able to resolve any

structural or ad-hoc issues through identification of the root causes. He should make

suggestions for preventive measures.

Anticipation is key.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Training and delegation to the team members of activities onto the new production chain

• Formalize planning, procedures, and back-up of team members to ensure workload is efficiently distributed across the team considering the experience, profile, and career stage of each member

• Ongoing process improvements, problem solving, and process oriented to enhance
  client experience and service provided to clients (project management is a plus)
• Enhance the reporting offer in line with regulatory authorities and the group policies
