Your Day to Day

• Lead the end-to-end investor reporting process, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting across a range of fund structures.
• Drive the automation of reporting workflows by integrating diverse governance models and fund setups into scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
• Oversee and enforce high-quality standards for all investor deliverables, helping to position the organization as a trusted, forward-thinking partner for fund managers and investors.
• Collaborate with technology teams to continuously improve and adapt internal tools, aiming to reduce manual work and streamline data processing.
• Act as the key point of contact for fund managers and Limited Partners, managing communications and responding to reporting-related inquiries efficiently.
• Provide guidance to internal teams on resolving key challenges related to investor reporting, fostering a culture of precision and accountability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders—including legal, operations, and finance—to ensure consistent reporting processes and alignment across the organization.

Your Profile

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in fund accounting, ideally within the private equity, venture capital, or alternative asset sectors.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, complemented by hands-on exposure to financial reporting in complex fund environments.
• Solid understanding of fund structures and familiarity with reviewing legal documents such as Limited Partnership Agreements.
• Prior exposure to consulting, audit, or tax environments is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with proven ability to work with complex data sets and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Skilled in using financial tools and technology platforms, with a proactive approach to process improvement and automation.
• Comfortable working autonomously, prioritizing tasks effectively, and thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Professional fluency in English (C1) is essential; German (B2) is considered a plus.
