Contrôleur Financier Junior (h/f)

Based in Luxembourg and member of a team composed by 6 professionals (Funds of Funds Private Equities Investment line), the position will consist of assisting the Senior Fund controller in their duties of financial monitoring and the day to day financial management of Private Equity investment vehicles (worth value 1.2 Billions Euros)

It includes the following:

• Supervision of services providers accounting and financial statements preparation
• Preparation of investors’ financial reports on a quarterly basis
• Preparation of capital calls/distributions to investors and monitoring of cash flows
• Key contact with custodian bank for payment processing, cash movements and documentation matters
• Assistance on investments transactions in partnership with the investment teams based in Paris and London
• Coordination of the audit processes and tax statements preparation
• Coordination of accounting, reporting and controlling with Fund controllers

Education/Experience:

• Master’s degree in accounting or Finance
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the Asset Management industry
• Knowledge of Private Equity industry in Luxembourg and day to day funds operation
• Autonomous and dynamic, hands on approach and ability to multitask
• Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills
• Rigorous and detail oriented, team spirit
• Strong oral and written communication skills / French and English are required
• Ability to work under pressure
• Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Efront knowledge is an asset
