• Analysis of existing annexes;
  • Preparation of a risk profile vs. investment strategy proposal based on the new questionnaire;
  • Validation with Invest Control teams;
  • Communication with the sales team to communicate the proposal to the financial manager + collect his position on the SFDR subject;
  • Participation in any exchanges;
  • Management of returns (+ reminders);
  • Implementation of the modified IDF annexes based on the results of the previous points (preparation + explanation and interaction with the marketing teams).


Description of the technical environment :

  • Hardware: PC
  • Software: Pack Office, network directories, Acrobat Pro

Expected results :

  • Maintenance of the monitoring table that shows the status of the project;
  • Initiate the process on 100% of the existing IDF annexes (approximately 80);
  • Finalise at least 2/3 (subject to feedback from managers).

Prerequisites :

  • Business lines: Luxembourg life insurance (knowledge of DIF and financial management under mandate)
  • Standards & Processes: portfolio management under mandate / SFDR regulations;
  • Technical: Current use of office automation tools;
  • Languages: French / English / Italian is a plus
