Responsabilities:

• Analysis of existing annexes;
• Preparation of a risk profile vs. investment strategy proposal based on the new questionnaire;
• Validation with Invest Control teams;
• Communication with the sales team to communicate the proposal to the financial manager + collect his position on the SFDR subject;
• Participation in any exchanges;
• Management of returns (+ reminders);
• Implementation of the modified IDF annexes according to the results of the previous points (preparation + explanation and interaction with the marketing teams).

Skills:

• Hardware: PC
• Software: Pack Office, network directories, Acrobat Pro

Expected results:

• Maintenance of the monitoring table showing the state of progress;
• Initiate the process on 100% of the existing IDF annexes (approximately 80);
• Finalise at least 2/3 (subject to feedback from managers).
