Compliance Officer / MLRO (m/f)

Under the supervision of the Conducting Officer in charge of Compliance and Risks, the other Conducting Officers and the Board of directors, in contact with the European compliance teams, you will take responsibilities such as follows:

• Carrying out daily, weekly and monthly reviews of company activities to ensure that its staff and the third parties are meeting the required standards to comply with CSSF regulations, all applicable legislation and Anti-Money Laundering rules.
• Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses and implement the compliance monitoring program;
• Assessing and drafting internal policies, procedures and guidelines;
• Ensuring the second line of defense related to client onboarding processes that needs to be in line with company policies, procedures and with corporate risk appetite;
• Performing AML KYCs and all the tasks related with the MLRO function;
• Ensuring the implementation of recommendations issued by the Internal Auditor and assisting the Internal Auditors, if needed;
• Ensuring the coverage of the Operational Risks in accordance with the relevant regulations and the shareholder guidelines;
• Liaising with the regulatory authorities and preparing the reports requested by the CSSF;
• Carrying out all the reports requested by the ultimate shareholder (Natixis / BPCE) and ensuring a close relationship with its Compliance Department;
• Performing regulatory watch, and advise the executives and employees on changes to the laws affecting the company under your scope.
