Compliance Analyst (m/f)

Responsibilities:

Assist the Group Head of Compliance in:

  • the building of an efficient and consistent compliance framework
  • the preparation of reports and analysis on the local entities (worldwide)
  • the gathering, summarizing and follow-up of the local laws and regulations
  • the coordination and writing of policies and procedures at division level
  • the review of the local policies and procedures in consistency with the group and divisional policies and procedures,
  • the organization of training and advisory to the business and senior management,
  • the coordination of Compliance Risk Assessment, Compliance Monitoring Plan, their consistency between local entities and with the divisional expectations,
  • the collection of information and preparation of reports to the senior management or to the group,
  • the set-up of divisional projects concerning the implementation of new tools and/or processes

Profile:

  • Strong compliance background and understanding of the EU regulations, capacity to get an overview on other legal and regulatory framework.
  • Proven track record / relevant experience gained in an Investment, Asset, or Wealth Management business, with a preference for Private Equity and / or Private Debt experience.
  • Methodical, structured, and rigorous approach to delivery
  • Good communication skills, able to coordinate projects across different local entities with specificities.
  • Capable of problem-solving and prioritizing within an entrepreneurial environment with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Hands on approach working within a small team.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Manage and influence senior stakeholders on regulatory and compliance queries.
  • Ability to foster strong working relationships with the business and with other Group compliance and financial crime compliance functions.
