Client Service Officer
Missions
- Supporting senior relationship managers’ team to identify new opportunities and undertaking research requests. Write client’s profile for onboarding purpose
- Interact with clients and their representatives during onboarding stage
- Maintain close contact with clients in conjunction with the assigned relationship manager
- Assist in preparing client meetings and provide comprehensive overview about the bank, products and services. Draft call reports when present in client meeting.
- Interact with clients on a recurring basis for the operational matters
- Perform periodic client reviews in line with KYC policies and within deadlines
- Provide execution services of all kind of transaction services requirements and product application processes: payments, deposits, loans, security transactions, statements
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to improve the client services
Profil
- At least 3 years of experience of Wealth Management experience
- Acquired understanding of bank policies, processes and services
- Good problem-solving skills, multitasking and attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills, ability to work under strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and dynamic working approach
- Excellent English language skills, Nordic and other languages are assets
