Client Service Officer

Missions

  • Supporting senior relationship managers’ team to identify new opportunities and undertaking research requests. Write client’s profile for onboarding purpose
  • Interact with clients and their representatives during onboarding stage
  • Maintain close contact with clients in conjunction with the assigned relationship manager
  • Assist in preparing client meetings and provide comprehensive overview about the bank, products and services. Draft call reports when present in client meeting.
  • Interact with clients on a recurring basis for the operational matters
  • Perform periodic client reviews in line with KYC policies and within deadlines
  • Provide execution services of all kind of transaction services requirements and product application processes: payments, deposits, loans, security transactions, statements
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to improve the client services

Profil

  • At least 3 years of experience of Wealth Management experience
  • Acquired understanding of bank policies, processes and services
  • Good problem-solving skills, multitasking and attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills, ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude and dynamic working approach
  • Excellent English language skills, Nordic and other languages are assets
