Responsabilities:

• As a investor Servives Officer, you will be the lead point of contact for all TA investors with an advanced knowledge of the TA service offer, operational flows and investors specifics.
• You will ensure that the service provided to the investors is satisfying at all stages by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, with the aim of continuous improvement.
• To manage the relationship with the investors for TA services
• To ensure the guarantee of an excellent service delivery to investors for TA Luxembourg segment

Skills:

• Work experience of 3 – 5 years in Transfer Agency
• Expertise in TA
• Pack Microsoft Office user
• MFTA will be a plus
• Fluency in English and in French
• German or Italian would be a plus

Results expected:

The aim will be to:

• Create, maintain and manage the relationship with the investors in TA perimeter.
• Be lead point of contact for the investors (Funds/Management Companies) within TA Luxembourg
