Chef Project IT (PRIIPS)

Your missions :

  • Overseeing the PRIIPS project in line with the governance standards of the parent group
  • Coordinating stakeholders within the group and managing all project implementation phases
  • Developing and validating a project organization in collaboration with management
  • Proactively monitoring the project’s budget, timeline, scope, and risks
  • Organizing and leading workshops and committees (project and steering committees) collecting business requirements, validating deliverables, and ensuring reporting
  • Drafting or coordinating necessary project documents (project charter, RFP)

Profile :

  • Business Knowledge: Luxembourg life insurance, PRIIPS, VFM
  • Functional Experience: Proven experience in managing PRIIPS projects, drafting RFI/RFPs for external provider selection, knowledge of the market and providers
  • Behavioral Skills: Autonomous, proactive, strong communication skills, excellent writing abilities, analytical and synthesis skills, workshop facilitation
  • Technical Skills: IT background to collaborate on technical design (interfaces, data exchange with the provider).
  • Methodologies: Standard project management methodologies
  • Languages: Proficiency in French and English
  • Software: Microsoft Office
