Business Project Manager (m/f)

Your responsibilities would include:

Lead the PM office of a proprietary investment management reporting solution:

  • Build:
    • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Assemble and coordinate project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
  • Test:
    • Establish and oversee testing protocols to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
    • Facilitate user acceptance testing and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Change:
    • Manage project change requests, assessing their impact and ensuring smooth implementation.
    • Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Migrate:
    • Plan and execute the migration of data and systems as required by project demands.
    • Ensure minimal disruption to operations during migration processes.
  • Improve:
    • Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements.
    • Utilize feedback and lessons learned to enhance future project performance.
