Business Analyst IT/ banking
Your Day to Day
- Support IT system decommissioning initiatives by analyzing business and technical requirements
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather specifications for legal archiving processes
- Design comprehensive metadata structures and governance rules for document classification
- Create detailed business requirements documentation for data preservation solutions
- Define data retention policies and procedures for regulatory compliance
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure archival solutions meet business needs
- Participate in system analysis and documentation reviews
- Assist in the preparation of legal hold procedures and protocols
Your Profile
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and documentation tools
- Solid experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL database technologies
- Banking industry background with understanding of financial services operations
- Knowledge of legal archiving principles and regulatory requirements
- Experience in wealth management or private banking environments (preferred)
- Background in institutional banking operations (advantage)
- Familiarity with core banking applications or CRM systems (beneficial)
- Fluent English communication skills required
- German language capabilities (advantageous)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
