Depositary
Responsabilities:
- Responsible for defining objectives assigned to team members and to ensure proper task allocations in collaboration with other stream managers
- Deliver on the objectives assigned by other stream managers
- Ensure full compliance with depositary duties listed in AIFM and UCITS Directives
- People Management accountability: process of training, motivating and directing employees to optimize workplace productivity and promote professional growth.
- Monthly review of the TDS Allocation matrix with each team member involved in his/her stream of activity and team members with a direct reporting line
Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Depositary activity or Fund Administration, Compliance or Audit functions / 5+ years staff management experience
- Eager to learn
- Ability to work and to manage teams in a hierarchical and matrix organization
- Team orientated, dynamic with the ability to motivate others
- Excellent client service attitude
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to liaise with clients and internal departments at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, initiatives and projects
- Proven decision taker to lead in difficult situations, solve problems and implement superior solutions
Nice-to-have
- French or German
- Good knowledge of Access
