• Maintenance of registers and other corporate documents
  • Organization and preparation of board, shareholders’ and other meetings
  • Filings with the Register of Commerce and Companies
  • Filing and administration of legal documents
  • Correspondence in English
  • Liaison with notaries and international law firms


  • Work experience of at least 1-3 years, ideally in a Luxembourg law firm or a Luxembourg Fiduciaire/Trust Company
  • Sound Knowledge of MS-Office-package
  • Fluency in English and German. Knowledge of any other language will be considered as an asset
  • High degree of diligence and accuracy, organizational aptitude and respect of confidentiality
  • Analytical and conceptual intellectual power, flexibility and strong communication and networking skills
  • Independent worker and excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in preparing board- and shareholder Meetings
  • Experience in taking minutes (this will be a main part of the role)
  • Basic knowledge in Corporate Law
  • Capacity and affinity to work in an international, multicultural and teamwork-oriented environment
