COSEC
Responsabilities:
- Maintenance of registers and other corporate documents
- Organization and preparation of board, shareholders’ and other meetings
- Filings with the Register of Commerce and Companies
- Filing and administration of legal documents
- Correspondence in English
- Liaison with notaries and international law firms
Skills:
- Work experience of at least 1-3 years, ideally in a Luxembourg law firm or a Luxembourg Fiduciaire/Trust Company
- Sound Knowledge of MS-Office-package
- Fluency in English and German. Knowledge of any other language will be considered as an asset
- High degree of diligence and accuracy, organizational aptitude and respect of confidentiality
- Analytical and conceptual intellectual power, flexibility and strong communication and networking skills
- Independent worker and excellent organizational skills
- Experience in preparing board- and shareholder Meetings
- Experience in taking minutes (this will be a main part of the role)
- Basic knowledge in Corporate Law
- Capacity and affinity to work in an international, multicultural and teamwork-oriented environment
