Administrative Assistant – Trainee (m/f)

Key responsibilities:

  • Leave and illness management
  • Review of invoicing
  • Insertion of our consultants’ hours in the client software
  • Follow-up of the administrative onboarding of our consultants
  • Event management (organizing, follow-up, negotiating with suppliers…)
  • Creation of contracts and amendments
  • Management of expense reports
  • Personnel management
  • Management of the company’s website (update)
  • Telephone reception
  • Management of internal and external mails
  • Respect of deadlines and confidentiality

Your profile:

  • BAC +3 (University / Business school / Specialization Administration, Business, Management)
  • English : Professional level
  • French : Fluent
  • Other languages are an advantage
  • Organized, neat, disciplined, reactive, proactive
  • Team player
  • Ability to work under pressure
