Administrative Assistant (M/F)
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with clients and lawyers to facilitate acquisitions, disposals, and restructuring of investments.
- Drafting relevant documents for inclusion in the board pack.
- Coordinating with third parties and internally on company setup, liquidation, company secretarial, and compliance matters.
- Coaching junior team members.
- Managing the capital call/distribution process, including reviewing payments, notices, and sign-off of completed files.
- Ensuring timely responses to investor queries.
- Maintaining accurate investor static data.
- Ensuring appropriate AML measures are in place for each investor.
- Managing cash and processing payments.
- Assisting with bookkeeping of cash transactions in relevant accounting systems.
- Supporting accountants with NAV preparation within defined timeframes.
