Administrative Assistant (M/F)

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients and lawyers to facilitate acquisitions, disposals, and restructuring of investments.
  • Drafting relevant documents for inclusion in the board pack.
  • Coordinating with third parties and internally on company setup, liquidation, company secretarial, and compliance matters.
  • Coaching junior team members.
  • Managing the capital call/distribution process, including reviewing payments, notices, and sign-off of completed files.
  • Ensuring timely responses to investor queries.
  • Maintaining accurate investor static data.
  • Ensuring appropriate AML measures are in place for each investor.
  • Managing cash and processing payments.
  • Assisting with bookkeeping of cash transactions in relevant accounting systems.
  • Supporting accountants with NAV preparation within defined timeframes.
