Administrative assistant CRA

Your Day to Day

  • Support the Corporate and Accounting team with administrative tasks throughout the entire client engagement lifecycle
  • Draft and manage client engagement documentation (proposals, engagement letters, budgets, reports)
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, manage timelines, and ensure proper follow-up
  • Maintain accurate client records, including correspondence, filings, and payment instructions
  • Act as a liaison between the team and clients to ensure smooth communication and documentation flow
  • Organize and maintain permanent files and ensure proper archiving procedures
  • Monitor and respond to client correspondence and handle day-to-day requests promptly

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, secretarial work, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or client support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; attention to detail is key
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Fluent in English; good command of French is a strong asset; any other European language is a plus
